Water Street Engineering is an employee-owned consulting firm specializing in water infrastructure planning and design. Founded in 2017, we’ve grown from a one-person operation to a collaborative team of 15+ professionals working across British Columbia. With offices in Vancouver and Kelowna, we support municipalities, developers, First Nations, and industrial clients with practical, senior-level engineering expertise.

Our open office environment fosters daily collaboration, and our team connects regularly through lunch & learns, volunteer events, and shared fieldwork. We’re managed by four Principals—Allan Bronsro, Neal Whiteside, Stuart Fretwell, and Laura Christensen—who bring decades of experience in water infrastructure design, construction, and operations. Every member of our team plays a meaningful role in delivering successful projects, and our employee ownership model ensures we’re all invested in the outcomes.
