Project Description:

The Tim Henry Water Booster Pump Station is a continuous duty pump station providing pressure boosting and fire flows to the upper areas of the Archer Green development in Mission.  Water Street developed the pre-design including a hydraulic analysis of Mission’s supply system to the new development.  Water Street subsequently completed detailed design and construction field reviews for the process and mechanical systems for the new pump station as part of a design team led by Core Group.

The process system consists of the following main equipment:

  • 2 jockey pumps
  • 3 booster pumps
  • a fire pump
  • a hydro-pneumatic pressure tank
  • a pressure sustaining valve

The ventilation system includes AC for summer cooling. The electrical system includes a standby power from a diesel generator set.
