Bridge River Slope Drainage Feasibility Design

Water Street was retained by WSP to provide support for Civil Engineering services related to the Bridge River slope drainage project.

BC Hydro, Bridge River Generating Plant, Town Creek and School Creek ponds, spillways and channels: Redesign of creek diversions through operational and residential areas to mitigate flooding and geomorphic risks. Included design of weir spillways leading to concreted riprap channels.

Water Street assisted in the redesign of creek diversions through operational and residential areas to mitigate flooding and geomorphic risks. Included design of weir spillways leading to concreted riprap channels. This included hydrology analyses, debris flow estimates, and the provision of geotechnical design parameters.

Water Street also provided updated construction cost estimates by providing material takeoffs and volumes derived from the feasibility design packages.
