Loftus Village Water Servicing

Silverdale Hills HP (Polygon) retained Water Street to develop the water servicing plan for the proposed Loftus Village development located in Mission, BC.

The servicing plan was created with consideration to future pressure zoning as proposed by the Silverdale Comprehensive Planning Area (SCPA) which plans for an eventual permanent transmission main from Abbotsford to Mission. Water Street completed preliminary sizing for a reservoir and various PRVs and pump stations required for the development’s water servicing. The impacts of the proposed development’s demands and required water system changes were modelled and analyzed using Innovyze’s InfoWater software.

Water Street is currently completing the detailed design of the servicing concept.
