Volunteering at the District of North Vancouver

The Water Street Engineering team had the opportunity to get our hands dirty alongside the District of North Vancouver at Windridge Park.

Working with park staff, our team helped clear invasive ivy and laurel, supporting efforts to restore native habitat and improve long‑term park health. It was a rewarding day of teamwork, extracting pesty roots, and getting our hands dirty!

We’re looking forward to seeing how the area continues to evolve as future volunteer groups complete new planting and restoration projects in the coming months.
